I love these Halloween lights! They look so much better in person than the pictures. The quality is surprisingly really good. I love the faces on the characters – they’re so cute. I haven’t decided where to put them yet since it isn’t close enough to Halloween but since they’re battery powered they could really go anywhere. I definitely plan to purchase additional sets because they are so fun!

We decided to decorate our front porch area outside this year for Halloween and I had been looking for some bright and colorful cute Halloween themed string lights to hang around our doorway arch and these were just perfect! They are not only cute but awesome quality and at night they are extremely bright and can be seen from quite a distance. You get a good sized string with 3 different shapes and colors. I also appreciate that these come with a remote so I can turn them on and off through our door window without having to go all the way outside.

 These Halloween lights are so cute and fun. They are a good value for the price. I like the combination of purple bats, orange pumpkins and white ghosts. The length is plenty long at 16.4 feet, which works great for placing them outside around my front door. Plus, they are battery-operated and can be placed anywhere without a plug nearby.

I was impressed that the string has plenty of LED light elements, 30 in total, that are nicely spaced. Some manufacturers go cheap and space them too far apart to look nice.

The real fun begins when you start playing with the 8 lighting modes! There are 7 different modes and 1 that cycles through all of them. You can use the battery pack or included remote to turn the lights on/off and select the desired mode. With the remote, you can also dim or brighten the lights and set an auto timer that stays on for 6 hours and off for 18. When you select the timer, it will come on at the same time every day based on when you first turned it on. For example, if you press the Timer button at 6:00 p.m. (you must have the lights on first), the lights will come on at 6:00 p.m. every day and go off at midnight. I will definitely enjoy this “set and forget it” feature.

One disappointment, though, is the string is missing one of the bat elements. So, there seems to be a quality control issue. You can see in the top right of the video that there is only a purple light. Be sure to check your lights as soon as you get them so you can get a replacement quickly if needed.

If it weren’t for the missing bat element, I’d give these lights 5 stars. I like them and look forward to putting them up for Halloween. But no one likes getting excited about a product only to be disappointed by poor quality control. Therefore, I removed a star.

These are cute Halloween lights. I would like them better if the controls were actually on the battery box because it’s very easy to lose the remote, especially with two kids playing with it. We lost the remote the first day. Turns out, it’s less convenient to have the controls on a tiny, remote rather than attached to the lights.
