These high-quality nose rings are handmade in Longmont, CO, with materials from the United States. They are durable, lightweight, and stylish. We create all our nose hoops in a sterile environment and store them with anti-tarnish tabs. After we shape each hoop to the desired size and gauge, we smooth the ends for a pain-free, straightforward twist open and close insertion. Finally, we sanitize all items with a UV light cleaner before shipment.

The sterling silver and gold are hypoallergenic (safe for all skin types). In addition, all our jewelry is nickel free.

GAUGE / THICKNESS:

•24 gauge nose rings are very thin, like a needle, and are subtle and malleable. If you need to take your nose hoop out daily, we recommend a thicker gauge nose hoop.

•22 gauge nose rings are thin, more durable than the 24 gauge, and similar in thickness to mechanical pencil lead.

•20 gauge nose rings are the thickest and most suitable for customers who need to take their nose hoops out daily. This is a standard gauge used for new piercings.

SIZE / DIAMETER:

Sizing is measured by the inner diameter of the hoop in millimeters (the negative space inside the hoop). We make custom sizes in .5 mm increments to find a perfect fit for you. Use a metric ruler to measure the distance from your piercing to the bottom edge of your nose in millimeters.

The hoop size has nothing to do with the size of your nose but rather how high up or low your piercing is. You don’t want the hoop to be so snug that it causes irritation. Other than that, the right fit has a strong element of personal preference. See infographics in the product photos for more details on size and gauge.
