Personalization:

-Engraving is up to three (3) lines

-Approx. 14 characters per line including spaces (font size with be adjusted accordingly if more characters are need)

If you select the “engraved handwriting” option:

1. Write your message on unlined, white paper that is scalable in size to a 1.5″ diameter circle

2. Use a pen with dark ink.

3. Scan or take a photo of the writing. Be sure that the image is both sharp and bright.

4. Submit the image of your handwriting by sending it to us via Etsy message.

CUSTOM ENGRAVING INSTRUCTIONS

On the last page of checkout, below the Submit Order button, there is a box where you can “Add an optional note to the seller”. Please leave engraving instructions there. If you happen to miss this step, simply send us an Etsy message with the instructions.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees. The buyer is responsible for the payment of these fees. Import charges can vary; unfortunately, we are unable to predict which of these fees, if any, will be applied. Since customs fees are an import tax paid by the buyer to their country, Etsy does not expect sellers to calculate or collect these fees.

SHIPPING

Once the item has been shipped, you should receive a notice from Etsy. You will be provided with a tracking number so that you can monitor the shipping status of your purchase. Our shipping options include standard (2-5 day), priority (1-3 day), and express (1-2) day. The shipping options can be found on the last page of checkout below the Submit Order button. Shipping time does not account for standard processing time.

RETURNS

Personalized items may not be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective or there is a mistake in the engraving due to seller error. These returns will be accepted within 14 days of the date the package is delivered to the buyer. Seller is not responsible for damages caused by the buyer or any other party.
