I’ve been using daily on my pup since it arrived (about 5 days now) and it appears to be doing the job. I can see the difference and she is ok with the taste. She’s not running from me when I go to clean her teeth. She’s going (1 1/2 yes) so I think this will help her during her lifetime. I’m glad I got this product.

I bought two flavors: chicken and beef. My cats get tired of flavors eventually so I thought alternating would help. The 5 stars are for the chicken, I would give the beef 2 stars (hoping it’s just a manufacturing mixup)
My cat loves the chicken flavor. It has an opaque tan color, and smells meaty. I put it on the Emmeliestella 360 degree silicon toothbrush, and my cat will look and gnaw at it like it’s a treat. She’s slobbering on the floor because she likes it so much. I haven’t figured out how to brush her teeth without her freaking out yet, but I figured this is a good start.
I bought the beef after I tried the chicken. It came out…clear? It didn’t smell like meat either, just like petroleum jelly. I was doubtful so I tasted it. It tasted minty?? But the box and the tube says “beef”. There is a vanilla mint flavor…maybe it was a mixup. So I got a replacement …no difference. I thought maybe cats have different taste buds so it’s beefy to them? No idea. She gave it a few licks but didn’t seem to love it.
TL;Dr: chicken flavor was a hit, makes my cat slobber. Beef flavor doesn’t taste like beef and my cat didn’t care for it.

My Yorkie is picky on what he’ll eat but this stuff he eats like it’s a treat! I never used to brush his teeth because he hates being messed with but with this stuff I let him lick some from the tube first then move in with the toothbrush! I first decided to buy this because he suffers from awful bad breath and nothing seems to work! Since starting him on it I’ve noticed an improvement in his breath as well! Definitely will be buying again when this tube runs out

I wasn’t sure about how to get my cat to let me brush her teeth, but I just put a drop of the toothpaste on a small cat toothbrush and she does the rest- licking and chewing on the toothbrush herself because she likes the taste so much.

Highly recommended for your dogs. The vanilla mint is so likeable by my pooch. It looks like real human toothpaste that does not foam. Very fresh smell breath. Hope the plaque will not build up with this usage. This a way better than those chicken or peanut butter flavor dog toothpastes that you could smell their breath like chicken or peanut butter. Vanilla Mint is the thing 🙂 Thank you.

I can’t express how difficult it was to find a product that my cats would enjoy. My youngest cat, very peculiar and independent, absolutely went ham for this toothpaste!! She may not be crazy for catnip but oh boy does she love the taste of chicken!

J’ai décidé d’acheter ce dentifrice car mon chien à perdu une de ces dents (peu être en jouant) car il est jeune mais je me suis inquiété quand même et depuis je depense sur les produits dentaires.
Petit conseil: habituez vous chien avec une brosse dés petit, et même comme sa c’est pas tous les chiens qui vont aimer ou s’habituer..
Le mien aime pas et du coup ce que je fais c’est de le donner pour qu’il le lèche ou de passer rapidement avec le doigt, c’est pas l’idéal mais c’est mieux que rien.

One of my cats doesn’t have the best breath and had some pretty nasty plaque build up in the back of her mouth. I use this 2-3 times a week and it’s helped tremendously. Her breath has improved and the back of her mouth isn’t as gross. She does not love the taste but she definitely is tolerable in letting me brush her teeth.

My dogs like getting their teeth cleaned with this. My vet told me if I just rub it on the teeth and gums with my finger I don’t have to actually brush.
I do it every night and their teeth look great.
