These get the job done. They’re soft plastic, although once installed look more solid. If running around door frames, give a bit of extra room between the tube and the frame, as the connector joints are rounded on the inner edge. The preinstalled adhesive is very sticky and can rip off paint. The tape is also brittle if you end up needing to peel it off the tube to use your own.

These are a little tricky to use but once you figure it out, there work very well. They are very sticky and i believe. Once stuck, there not comming off. I think it would bring the drywall with it. The only trouble is that they really only hold 2 wires. I was able to get 3 in, but it was a tight fit. I thought i could use 2 of the channels butvended up with 3. But itvstill looks good.
