Muy bueno. Excelente rango. Sin problemas con la señal de 5ghz como pasa con otros routers. Buenas opciones de configuración; como el apagar la señal de WiFi por horarios definidos por el usuario o acceder remotamente al router y a los archivos compartidos en el disco duro conectado.

I always loved using Netgear and it’s products in the past. But I did lose my trust in them when I was using the JNR1010V2 router. Don’t get me wrong it was a good router at the start but all of a sudden a firmware corruption occured where it wouldn’t even show me some of the webpages in the router dashboard and just show server error. It was annoying and I switched to TPLink and I was pretty happy with it. That was 3 to 4 years back. So now when I saw this budget router the R6020 Wifi 5 router, I decided to give Netgear a chance again. And I don’t regret it. The router looks pretty stealthy and slick on my desk, and it performs way better than I expected. The wifi speeds are as expected and no drop outs whatsoever. This router is really a good option for students on a tight budget. It performs well. I would recommend this router to anyone looking to get a good budget router with wifi 5.

So the back story.
I’m an IT professional I’ve been in the IT field for 20 plus yes this is an upgrade to my existing network my legacy devices I was able to easily get into by typing in the IP address using a name and password and properly configuring the router as needed
This router came in I plugged it into a power outlet didn’t connect it to the network configured it with the IP schemes that I need Blocked devices that aren’t supposed to be on my network.
Literally after this was configured it should have been I plugged the device in replace place the existing equipment with the new equipment and I should be up and running in 10 15 minutes
After I plugged it into the network it detected sn Internet connection
I noticed that the Sid was wrong Because I fat fingered keys I typed on the IP address using them and password and it forced me to sign up or sign into a net gear account. The documentation on the neck area account was absolute crap on the password requirements sort of requirements it took me an hour in change to figure out which characters it did not like in my alpha numeric passwords that I use
What should have been a 15 minute replacement of the device took over an hour and there’s no way to bypass it
If I had known that this was a requirement I would have not purchased the device you should not need to sign up or register a device with a vendor to be able to use it it’s your equipment I have concerns that now that I’ve signed up with an account that they can access my device they claim they can’t
The other concern I have is it wants you to use an email address well are you going to sell my email they said they wouldn’t but how many times do you see organizations have data breaches in all of a sudden you’re now on a list and getting Spam and junk mail
Case in point I have a personal email address from my Internet service provider I don’t give out to anybody only actual peonly actual people that I know as of 3 weeks ago that email address is now receiving crap
So I recommend using a trash email to sign up so that in the event that something does go sideways somebody has a data breach all of a sudden your legitimate email won’t be flooded with junk

It’s a good router I haven’t had any issues over the last few years. You need to reset it every so often but nothing crazy. I would def recommend.

I was looking for a simple and economical wifi router for my father’s house. This fit the bill perfectly. It gives a solid connection and makes it easy to switch between 2.4 and 5 ghz. The Nighthawk app has to be downloaded which I don’t like. The app looks like it was designed to be used on a pc, not a phone and was a little confusing to setup. Once it’s running it’s easy to make changes on. For the price, this one is tough to beat!

This just does the job very well
I was able to turn in Comcast so I own this

The range is poor. It served its purpose for the most part but I had this hard wired then used to connect to a cheap smart TV literally 25 feet away. Yes two rooms a door and a wall, but signal was 3 bars on TV and would drop down to 2 bars for no reason. I then found an old unit that was at least 6 years old. No problem full 5 bars on TV so I know it wasn’t the TV.
