Love the produce and so does my dogs. Like that the aluminum container can be recycled as well. Seems like the issue previous people were having with packaging and leakage were addressed as mine came with a strong tape seal over the top of the pump which kept it from leaking.
Now on to the pump. Design is horrible. When you go to turn it towards the right it doesn’t release the pump so you can use it. Just keeps turning and turning. For this I removed one star because portion control of the product goes off of the amount of pumps you use.
HOW TO FIX THE PUMP ISSUE-> for all of those that have purchased and would like to actually use the pump this is the work around. Unscrew the lid and hold the middle portion of the pump firmly (see attached picture). Then while holding turn the top part of the pump toward the right how you are originally suppose to and it will pop the pump up for use. Not ideal and you will get a little fish oil on your fingers but it at least allows you to use the pump.

I bought this for my cats, as they are now 10 and 13, it was easier to add supplements to the foods they’re used to than to try different brands. Within two weeks there is a huge difference in their coats, softer and shiny! the small container last us a long time, too, since they each get only 1 pump a day.

My dog liked this, I enjoyed the limited ingredient list and that it had no smell. Maybe a tad pricey, but was good.

I LOVE the design of the tin and the fact that its recyclable. My dogs coat has never been softer and I put 2 pumps in each of her meals daily. I’ll definitely buy again !

I got this a few days ago and have twisted the pump about 100 times every day to no avail. I’ve tried others’ suggestions of holding a certain part of the pump while twisting which doesn’t seem to work for me. No complaints about the product itself (don’t really know how I’d know whether or not it’s working/good since my dog doesn’t speak) but having to unscrew the cap, take it off and use a tsp every time I need to use it is annoying enough to prob not rebuy in the future.

I add this to my dog’s kibble to entice her into eating all her food. So if I saw any benefits, I’d consider it a bonus. I definitely think this helped with my GSD’s thick coat but it didn’t help with any allergies or itchiness if that’s what you’re looking for. Her coat is nice and shiny which was a pleasant surprise. I recommend not giving your dog this oil every single feeding so that they don’t get diarrhea (I made the mistake of giving her this oil with her food daily in the beginning). So gradually add to your dog’s diet – it helped my dog eat ALL her kibble as she’s a little picky.

i like the product, but the packaging (as many other buyers have said) is very poor, resulting in fish oil getting all over anything else it’s packed with. because it came with other items in the same box, i assume this is an Amazon issue, not the manufacturer. there was just a single piece of tape over the pump which did little to prevent it from leaking all over everything else in the box. because of this, i’ll probably look into an alternate product in the hope that it’s packaged properly, but there’s no guarantee.

My dog went absolutely crazy for this, he loves the taste . I have a ten month old pit Bull and his hair needed some help, he’s been super shiny and smooth and barely itches anymore. Only reason I took off a star is because I COULD NOT get the pump to work, and had asked multiple other people to try and they weren’t able to either. So I had to unscrew the cap every time and just pour it on, which did make a mess.
