Pros: We have alot of people that still want that key code in front of them, rather than downloading online. Don’t ever get rid of the key code- purchase Overall Review: Still good to get the actual key code sent to us.

Pros: Product is fine Cons: The two day shipping took two weeks, and only that because after 10 days I called and inquired about my purchase. Told them that I was charged but have not received the product yet. Some internal SNAFU I guess. Finally got the delivery and then Newegg said that both the product that I received and a replacement were delivered the same day ??? I only got one of the original order but they were going to charge me double??? Overall Review: It is the first time I have ever been disappointed with Newegg. Whatever they changed recently, please change it back.

Pros: So far, we are only halfway through the install because we have a set of 18 month old twins in the house and one of them decided to shut the computer off halfway through the install. We plan to uninstall the first half and start over. Cons: Pending Overall Review: Pending reinstall
