First, please check the back of the watch face for numbers of the size of your apple watch ( It should list numbers as 38mm 40mm 42mm 44mm 41mm 45mm ). Once you know the size of your watch, select that size under the options menu so that the band matches your watch size.

💜 How to resize the band I have just received?

All bands are sent in a longer version so that each customer could resize them according to their wrist size. You will also receive the resizing tool, which could be used to ease resizing. Resizing is very easy and could be done in under 4 minutes.

Alternatively, you could bring your band to be resized to any watch/jewelry stores in the malls. As our bands are resized using the same method as any watch initially bought from Swatch, Timex, etc

💜 How long are fulfillment and shipping?

It takes up to 4 days to send the watch band.

We use the USPS shipping option which takes 4-7 days to reach customers in the USA
