Hi Oli, thanks for your review! I am happy to tell you about my art work since you have such a strong opinions.
Your review is so unusual and first one for me! Most of my customers love my artwork and let me know as well.
As the long time experienced sculptor and wildlife artist I see that the fine detail on the animals needs to be soft yet detailed to bring out the beauty and gentleness of the animal. This is my personal style as I do not enjoy looking at sharply textured animal sculptures. I really love creating these sweet animals and that is how I see them.
I do not want them over exaggerated and sharp. It would unbalance the delicate nature of the design.
All my little animals are from real life. Take look at them you will see that their fur or feathers are very soft and gentle.

Not as happy with this as I thought I would be. The rear detailing is minimal, and for the price charged I really thought it would have a lot more detail. It’s a nice idea, riders on a kangaroo, but I really think the casting molds need to be cleaned so the details stand out more. And please do a better detailing of the opposite side of the piece! For this price, it should be lovely to look at on all sides.

Was especially looking forward to this possum. Not as happy with it as I thought I would be. The rear detailing is minimal, and for the price charged I really thought it would have a lot more detail. It’s a nice possum idea, and a bit better detailed on the main side than my other purchases were, but I really think the casting molds need to be cleaned so the details stand out more. And please do a better detailing of the opposite side of the piece! For this price, it should be lovely to look at on all sides.

Hi Oli,
We use 100% solid genuine Pewter. We are Australian Made as well. I can tell you that Pewter today is expensive metal and it’s definitely worth the price. It can not be compared imported with cheap alloy metal products you see out there in the stores.
Kind regards
Antonia
