WALLET CARDS;

READY TO USE. These blanks are cleanly cut to size, the corners are sheared 1/8″ radius and then the edges are worked to smooth sharp edges left by the shears.

Size: 2 1/8″ x 3 3/8″

Thickness; 24 ounce (.032″), 21 gauge

COPPER SQUARES;

1″ x 1″ squares in 48 ounce (16 gauge, .0647″ thick) squares with round corners & an 1/8″ hole at the center of one side. After punching the squares and punching the holes, we will work the edges to smooth out the burr left from the punching process.

COPPER CUFFS;

1/2″ X 6″ cuffs in 24 ounce (21 gauge, .032″ thick) copper. After shearing to size, we will shear the corners with a 1/8″ radius shear and work the edges to smooth out the sharp edges left by the shears.
