My first time buying a refurbished iPhone directly from Amazon. I read many reviews stating the Amazon refurbished phones are as close to new as you can get. I bought one and I was not disappointed. I transferred all my info to the new phone using Apple’s built in system. Transferred my AT&T gsm card and everything worked perfectly. The battery status was at 98%. Not a single mark or scratch on the phone. And it has a 1 year Amazon return policy. Cant beat that.

This is actually my first review for anything from Amazon. I was super skeptical because of the reviews since they were all hit or miss, but went ahead and purchased. The phone itself arrived in perfect cosmetic condition – not a single scratch, chip, dent, etc. BUT, the battery life came at only 85%. And at 80% or less it’s usually recommended you replace the battery, which is anywhere from another $90-130 for a phone I just paid $1000 for. Not to mention Amazon guarantees at least 90% battery life for the renewed premium. Not a huge deal in the long run, but slightly annoying nonetheless. Phone seems to be running well, no issues yet but will update if I run into any. For the price though I feel like I probably should have just bought a new one.

Phone came in excellent condition. No visible scratches or marks. Battery health 97%. Only thing I found faulty was the “on/off” button. I have to apply a little more pressure than usual; but it’s nothing too serious. All in all, great condition

I was a little skeptical at first about buying the phone but it worked out well. When I got the phone the battery health was at 96% which was impressive. I highly recommend purchasing this phone!

I’m kind of on the fence🙃 the phone is in good condition as far as the look. There are are minor ware and tare areas which I don’t like no matter how minor. Reason being is because this phone is not brand new but I’m paying for it like it is🤦🏽♀️ at rirst I was disappointed when I found out the 14pro max is bigger like I thought until I saw the comparison on this phones preview it shows the same size☹️ I kind of want to return it because I don’t like how the phone keep’s dimming out of nowhere even when all the settings is set for it not to do so but it keeps happening and keeps over heating and the charger that came with it was literally trash because it would not charge the phone. I have a new iphone charger that does charge the phone but it’s still over heating and dimming. Everything else is fine idk tho I’m almost off the fence to go get a new 14 pro max🤷🏽♀️

I received the product with no issues. The box came with all the necessities needed. (Sim card tool, charger, etc) The phone itself is beautiful. It does not have any scratches, cracks, malfunctions, etc. The battery life is pretty good, charges to between 95-100%.

Took a star off because it was sold at a premium as a refurbished *>unlocked<* phone available to use on any carrier but it is locked to AT&T because At&t says it still has money owed on it for the original purchase and won’t unlock it until paid in full . Otherwise it’s a good phone.
