I love this garden knife!
I bought one about 10 years ago. I loved it so much, I bought another.
By accident, I left out out over this past winter (oops), and the handle rusted and fell off.
The other one still works great. I like having 2, so I bought another one this spring

My wife and I love this tool for weeding and transplanting, however, its design leads to fatigue failure between the handle and the blade component. One must be careful to not overload this area when digging up plants or weeds in order to increase the longevity of the hand tool. We are on our third at this point and awaiting Fiskars replacement under their “Full Lifetime Warranty”.

My wife is pleased with this gardening tool. It works great!

Best tool ever for getting weeds out easy!

It works good for digging but the blades are not as sharp as other knives that cost more. It doesn’t cut very well.
Samjone –
Can’t garden without it! I use this knife to dig up weeds, big or small, and landscaping rocks embedded in the soil. Extremely well made, cuts through dirt so easily, strong and durable… very effective!
NightOwlGA –
Works great to dig out those deeply rooted weeds. The handle is very comfortable in your hand. I would definitely recommend.

The sharp-edged, two-toothed tip design of this “garden knife” is genius and works great. The tool is ideal for aiding weeding in clay soil. The entire tool is well-designed and a pleasure to use. Doesn’t readily rust. Fiskars tools are top quality.

This is a pretty sturdy weeding tool that can be plunged into the earth next to a dandelion taproot and then tilted to pull the weed out of the ground. Care needs to be taken to not break the handle from the blade since there is no tang extension into the handle, just a spot welded extension from the blade into the handle. The unit appears to be steel with plastic wrapped handle; there does not seem to be any aluminum despite the written description indicating there is aluminum in the handle. This is my second purchase, the first one broke after a few years use at the blade-handle weld. The first one was good enough to induce me to buy it again. The Fiskars Garden Hori Knife is stainless steel with an extended tang into the handle and would be a good choice also.
