Being a plus size woman it is hard to find costumes that will fit.
The colors are vibrant and it is easy to put on.
The wings have loops to put your fingers in to help spread the wings.
It is a lightweight fabric and comfortable to wear.

First things first, it should be known that I am 5’10 so I am pretty used to this being an issue for me. However I was still disappointed when this ended up fitting very awkwardly. The issue is not the length, it hits about mid calf and while that is not quite as elegant as the photo, its still pretty cute. However the arms were far too short for me and trying to use the finger loops meant my arms were either constantly bent or I was at risk of choking myself. The mask also did not fit me quite right, the eyeholes were too wideset for me so I couldn’t see through it.
The pattern is pretty, but I wish it was printed on both sides for maximum effect.
The construction is simple, but fairly well done. All the edges are sewn so it won’t randomly unravel on you, but I wouldn’t put this in the washing machine. Its not something that would get too much sweat on it though, so I doubt that would be an issue. The colors are vibrant and the pattern is crisp and pretty. I want to love it, but unfortunately it is not for me.

This butterfly costume is very vibrant in color and is made from a good quality fabric. The wing shape and detail are spot on! I didn’t quite know what to expect, but was pleasantly surprised when I unpackaged it. The length and width of the wings are generous. This costume is a very good quality — the fabric feels nice and is sewn well. Pair these wings with black leggings, a black long sleeve shirt and a pair of black booties! You can really make quite a statement with the butterfly costume! It comes with a cute antennae headband and an eye mask. The eye mask for the costume color I ordered is a multi color soft metallic; it’s pretty! This butterfly costume is perfect for anyone who wants to dress up or dress minimally, with regular hair and makeup… or for those who are somewhat budget conscious and do not choose to go gangbusters for a costume. I highly recommend this very good quality, pretty, colorful and very comfortable costume!

This is far prettier in person and very large. I’m 5’10 and it almost drags on the ground, which works fine for me but means it won’t fit a kid.
The images for this make it look like there is some sort of bar or stabilizing factor atop the swing to keep it a loft in the air, but you actually need to loop the ends of the wings with fingers, and hold them out to keep it up.
It has a simple loop around your neck to hold it on. This could be uncomfortable if you’re walking and it drags on the ground and gets caught or stepped on because you’d get choked.
I didn’t wear the sparkly mask or black antennae but they are of reasonably good costume quality.
Overall surprisingly good execution!

My wife got this for her job to dress up to a holiday party.
These butterfly wings are very easy to wear. They have a beautiful vibrant color and extremely light weight.
These wings are just fabric and do not have anything inside the wings to help keep its shape. This is a good thing in our situation but just stating that fact. By having it so flexible it allows you to wear many different ways
Over all we are very happy with this product and we look forward to the party!

Versatile accessories for an easy costume, we’re excited to wear this for Halloween with a fancy black dress and gorgeous makeup! The colors are vibrant and the wingspan is long enough for most adult females and adolescents, and probably most adult males, too, since the finger loops are fairly large and stretchy. I thought this would be a great costume for an older adult. Just know that you need to be able to stand up pretty straight and pull your shoulders back quite a bit to get the real butterfly effect. No slouching allowed, otherwise, you’ll look like my mum (see photos, it’s not too bad, but not what we imagined). The headband is cute–it’s adjustable wire. I’m not a fan of the mask, though–the eye holes are claustrophobically small. I decided to upgrade the look by gluing pennies to the ends of the wings (not pictured) so that they fall straight and don’t curl up. It really helped, and I recommend this little hack if you’re detail-obsessed like me.

The ONLY reason I didn’t give this a full five-star rating is because the wings are printed on one side only. The back is absolutely gorgeous. The fabric is silky, yet sturdy. The mask and antennae are pretty, too. But the inside of the wings are white, so not nearly as dramatic from the front when the arms are raised. Still a nice find.

This costume is really pretty! I love the fabric that the wings are made off. It’s silky and light and the wings sort of float when you walk with your arms out a little. I wish the pattern was on both sides, but the underside is white. This means that the costume is really only viewable from the back, but for the price I love it. We love Halloween at our house and I love having various costumes. Now I have a butterfly and I will enjoy wearing it! The mask is cute too, it has to be tied on but it actually fits over my glasses better than expected. The headband is a little snug for me, but likely will fit others well. All in all I’m very happy with this purchase!
