I needed something quickly for a funeral so I purchased this dress and one from Dillards.
Although I liked the other dress about the same as this one, I loved the value of the dress from Amazon. The other was closer to $150!
One of the things I like best about this dress is the weight of the fabric. It makes for a figure flattering silhouette with a bit of a luxurious feel. Be aware this is a true wrap around dress, so if that is what you are looking for this is a good option.

I like the general appearance of the dress. The thickness and weight of the fabric, and the long sleeves make it suitable for Autumn and Winter. From reading other reviews, I expected a large buttonhole, but mine is almost too tight. There’s a little bit of difficulty in buttoning and unbuttoning it, but that’s okay. The texture of the fabric is a little rough, which is most noticable in the tight sleeves. The depth of the v-neck is fixable by wearing a camisole under the dress. The dress is a little small, but I’ve been losing weight, so by the time it’s cooler outside, it should be fine. Caveat: Double check the size chart instead of trusting the recommended size! Lol
I’ll probably buy a few more of these dresses in different colors. I love wraparound dresses, and I’m glad they’re available now. I haven’t seen them in many years.

The fabric of this dress was fantastic, however the style was unbecoming. Other reviews said it was tight in the arms, but since I have a small bust line, I thought that would compensate. The arm sleeves were tight and the front bodice completely exposed my front chest. It would take a full camisole or sleeveless dress to make it look right. I was so disappointed as the color and fabric was just what I wanted. (Blue dot). I am 5’2′”, 135# and ordered the medium. Unfortunately, I will be returning and hopefully will be able to find something else for an October wedding.

J’ai retiré une étoile à cause du bouton. Ce n’est pas du tout adapté il ne tient pas. Soit il est trop petit soit c’est l’ouverture qui est trop grande je ne saurais dire mais impossible de le faire tenir. Du coup il faut absolument passer par la case couture ou epingle à nourrice.
Dommage car le tissu est de qualité et la coupe flatte toutes les morphologies.
Je suis ce qu’on appelle une femme curvy. Avec un bonnet F et des hanches donc ce n’est vraiment pas simple de trouver des vêtements qui ne sont pas trop petits à la poitrine. cette robe flatte mes courbes tout en étant classe.
Le décolleté n’est pas vulgaire et j’apprécie que la fermeture soit modulables ça me permet de gérer le niveau de serrage.

first the pros: the fabric is decently thick and robust, not sheer or flimsy. this gives it a good drape, skimming the body rather than clinging to it, and ensuring it isn’t see-through. seams appear to be finished adequately, unlike many fast-fashion items, and there is an internal button to secure the cross-over at front. the sash is plenty long enough, not skimpy. the cut is rather nice, with a sort of ruffle effect at the cross-over. because of the fabric type, it doesn’t stick to what you have under it.
now the cons: this is not for the office (unless your office is a pole dancing venue or street corner; in which case, you do you). nor would i recommend it for a funeral… it gaps madly at the top. you will likely need a camisole or tank underneath. otherwise, you and everyone else will enjoy a view of your torso from neck to navel, nearly. even if you adjust it, it’s not going to stay there. the front overlap area also is going to show pretty much everything about your legs (at least) if you move or sit. the overlap panel isn’t super skimpy, but it is not cut to stay put with any movement. the arms are on the slim side; this is a very stretchy fabric, but plumper arms might find the sleeves a little like sausage casings. i have discernible biceps and slim arms otherwise, and there is no excess fabric on these sleeves anywhere. if you have a fluffier body, i’d look at the plus sizing on this garment.
why i gave it 4 stars despite this: i bought it mainly to wear as a top layer over other things, such as my yoga clothing, or a quick top change for dining out after being on a motorcycle. and for my purposes, it is pretty good. it packs small and is a convenient thing to pop on over yoga pants to go out afterward for coffee, or to slip over a tank and riding pants/leggings in a car park to look respectable enough for a nicer restaurant. so the revealing aspects aren’t a problem for me, as i have layers underneath, and i find it a convenient, stylish way to effect quick changes without a changing area. if you want it for a similar use, or just don’t care how much skin is showing, this could be the ticket.

Got this in both medium & large to compare. I’m 5’6 & 155 lbs. the large was much more comfortable. So many reviews said the material was heavy & bulky & could never be worn in warm weather. But it felt soft & comfortable to me & wore it to a June wedding. The fabric does have sweight to it when you lift it up but doesn’t feel heavy to wear. Colors are rich & beautiful.

5’8.5″, 133 lbs, bought a small and it’s perfect! I had to enlarge the button hole a tiny bit because it was too small to easily get the button through, but that’s all. I bought the dress in the wine color and would like to buy another but I don’t need black or navy and the other colors/patterns are downright hideous.
Update: I did go ahead and order the navy dress as well and it was already delivered this morning!
