Wish these fit my half sheet pan perfectly, but instead they are about a 1/2 inch short on both ends. I also don’t love the packaging, as the container is large and has to be stored upright in my cupboard to fit in my kitchen. They get the job done, though.

The paper is very slick, which has its pluses and minuses. I use it for baking artisan-type bread, and while the bread releases quite readily from the paper, I lost my first loaf while loading as it slipped right off my peel! I have been much more careful since!
