Verification. If you submit an access or deletion request, we must verify your identity.  We do this by comparing information in your request to CPI we have collected about you. Note that we may need to request additional information from you to verify your identity or understand the scope of your request, although you will not be required to create an account with us to submit a request or have it fulfilled.

Minors. We do not knowingly sell the CPI of minors under 16 years of age. 

Information About Past Year’s CCPA Requests.  In 2021, with respect to requests from all individuals, Dazzcarts: 

  • Received 6 requests to know, complied in whole or in part with all of them, and denied none of them. 
  • Received 33 requests to delete, complied in whole or in part with all of them, and denied none of them. 
  • Received 4767 requests to opt out of data sales, complied in whole or in part with all of them, and denied none of them. 

The mean number of days within which Dazzcarts substantively responded to consumers’ requests to know, requests to delete, and requests to opt out in the previous calendar year was less than 3 days. 

 Your Data Protection Rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

When you buy a product through our site, they pays us a percentage of each sale. This does not impact your price in any way, and helps pay to keep the site online. We do not track (and do not want to track) who buys what, nor are we able to do so.
