These mats are MAGIC. I’m so happy. Bought new couches and they arrived 2 days ago. 2 dogs, each explored once and haven’t even attempted to try again. Prior to these mats we were constantly under the weight of 2 – 85 pound boxers and shampooing due to the dirt. These work exceptionally well and I highly recommend them

I bought this because I have issues with one of my cat using my stairs as a kitty litter. I have tried everything to keep him off the stairs from sprays, to calming plug ins, aluminum foil, electric collar. This is the first thing that has worked. It does zap the cat and they don’t like it. These are made more for couches but they will work on the floor too. The only issue is it takes what seems like forever to turn off. But I very much recommend this product!

I got this to keep my cats off of the kitchen counter after successfully teaching them to stay off when we are around; however, the second we walk away that is the first place they go.
This product was immediately dubbed an amazing purchase after turned it on and walked away. I hear the beep of the mat and the crash of my vase naively placed next to it. My cat has not even looked up at the counter since.
The mats come rolled up in a small box causing some deformation of the plastic but nothing serious. The instructions are very simple and pretty easy to read. Batteries are not included so make sure you order 2EA 9V batteries.
The interface feels very simple and feels like it needs some UI improvement.
I would buy it again if i had to

I don’t believe I’m going to need it since my animals have learned after one shock to stay away. I’ve left the mat in place but I’m confident when I remove it they won’t trespass again. It’s not a big problem because the battery can be removed without much trouble. Highly recommend this product. BTW, I’ve touched the mat several times just to test what happens (I’m not as smart as my animals) and it doesn’t hurt, but is annoying or uncomfortable….hard to describe.

I like this product, only flaw there is no on /off switch so I have to disconnect battery or move it to the side if someone wants to sit on my couch. It does work for my dogs they will not go near my couch at all. My husband accidentally put his foot on couch he learned real quick not to do that again. I laughed so hard, he didn’t.

I was at my wits end trying to train my cats to stay off my husband’s computer desk because there’s a lot of expensive equipment on there. Got one of these bad boys and it took ONE zap… and they BOOKED it and have never tried to jump on the desk again 🤣
Also…not sure why everyone is saying there is no off switch. It clearly states in the instruction to HOLD DOWN THE RED BUTTON for 3 secs and it’ll turn off. You don’t nee a to take the batteries out or anything. Learn to read people 🙄

I have two very sneaky cats. I like them, but they’re cats. And they don’t respect restrictions being placed on them in their house. Fortunately, some of the higher functioning members of the human race designed a product that has allowed me to take back some semblance of control over the home I so generously make the mortgage payments for on their behalf. That feeling of gratification I felt from hearing a beep followed immediately by the sound of a furball landing on the other side of the kitchen may seem a touch sadistic, but it’s keeping the peace (I talked another human into touching the mat. The reaction indicated it delivers a noticeable jolt). All I ask for is no felines on the table or counters. That’s fifteen square feet of real estate within their estate. And thanks to these mats, I have that now. Cheers!

They do work. They lady that posted a video saying the wire was bad must not know how to use a 9v battery cause if you watch closely she doesn’t click the batteries in. But they are worth the money and they do work.

Overall the product works as it is displayed however the set up itself is confusing on how to actually turn the device on and switch the device from mode to mode. Also, the battery itself didn’t sit properly how it was supposed to so I had to put something to actually hold the battery into place to keep the device on and working.

This was used to keep my cat away from the Christmas tree. I had tried cat deterrent and spike pads and neither worked. This works! My cat learned very quickly and wouldn’t even go near it.
