I was very hopeful. I have a Russian blue who is very very scared of everything and hides a lot. I got these for him. He ate 3 treats the first day out of 5. I have tried to get him to eat them daily since and he sniffs them for awhile then walks away. My other cats who don’t need them, LOVE THEM. But I really needed my stressed cat to like them.

My cats loved these treats and ate them right up. It also seemed to calm them down too, so the product definitely works – so I’m giving them four stars for that alone. I got them for the 4th of July but sadly didn’t even get to use them for that day. One of my cats had a terrible allergic reaction to one or some of the ingredients (this was the only new thing introduced into their diet/environment) in the treats. She started sneezing terribly over the course of a few days and by the third day her poor nose had become so swollen and drippy. Her eyes were weeping, she was sneezing like crazy and shaking her head/itching her ears. After being off the treats for two days all of her symptoms went away and I’m happy to report she is back to her normal, happy self. I’d say use caution with these treats and introduce them slowly to your pets. Keep an eye on them and discontinue use immediately if your pet shows any signs of allergic reactions. If your pets are having trouble breathing take them to the emergency vet asap. I was lucky that my cat’s reaction was mild and not a full blown anaphylactic shock.
Jus –
Cats seemed to like the taste, but didn’t see much change in behavior. Cats are jumpy when visitors arrive, particularly when they hear the doorbell. Then it takes hours for our younger cat to come out of hiding. Giving him this treat, seemed to help get him out a little quicker and back to normal sooner. I guess this as good as it gets without going to a vet for a prescription.

This is a calming product, strictly for cats that are anxious, skittish. It seems to help my cat to the degree that she enjoys her morning routine without so much anxiety.

As soon as my picky eater Hooligans smelled these when I opened the bag she was begging for them. I’m always hesitant to buy things she needs to ingest cuz she’s so picky. I can’t even hide things in her wet food. If I try she sniffs it and walks away. But these treats she ate right up and was begging for more. She’s always pretty mellow but I got them for her because of the constant licking. Fleas in CA are bad in the summer and flea medicine alone isn’t enough. She loves these and even though I just received them today she already seems more chill with the licking. Now it’s time for a flea bath. I’ll let you know how relaxed she is in water with these to help. 😁😹🙀

I purchased these for my cat who has been diagnosed with anxiety. They help a little. When I first purchased them, the dosing/recommended amount was unclear. It tells you on the back of the bag how many to give them based on body weight, but it doesn’t tell you the frequency you can give that amount to them and such. So it’s hard to tell if they’re as effective as they can/should be.
My cat eats them, but *doesn’t always want to eat them*, so I’m not sure if it has an aftertaste or not.

My cat is moody, grumpy, unsettled, stressed and very hard to please. I’m about to move sadly and that means more stress for my loveable deamon floof. I have struggled so hard to make her satiated and comfortable and sometimes it’s Anaya a crap shoot with her and even though she annoys me and every other person, I love her to pieces. So I knew with the drive I’m about to take I needed to get her some calming treats so I ordered these and I gave her four of them tonight which is a mistake I should have only given her one or two but it’s a happy accident because it seems to be the right dos because she’s calm sweet and as you can see by this picture she’s laying next to me under the blanket I took this picture because this never happens maybe once a year but she snuggled up underneath my blankets next to me and I couldn’t be happier knowing that she’s happy and calm and comfortable these things work you must try them please be careful giving your cats only one or two they definitely work!

This pet treat is supposed to help calm the cat. I can’t say that I have noticed any difference in cat demeanor, however, all four of my cats like the way they taste.
