This has come in pretty handy when out in the field. Most memorable time I need led to charge my phone and this was my only option. It worked very well but this brings me to my next point. The batteries within are what are charging the phone or whatever. It is not a power bank I’m addition. Just keep that in mind. Pretty compact and fits in my camera bag well! Works with my OEM batteries and third party ones as well. Very pleased with this purchase.

Realistically I would give these 3.5 stars. The case is made of plastic and feels cheap. I doubt the lid will survive a fall. I also hate the design of the SD card holder. It’s a nice feature but it’s a royal pain in the a$$ to open and I probably won’t be using it because of that. I do like that the charger has a lid though. I can throw this thing in a camera bag and won’t have to worry about the batteries falling out and having to dig around my bag for them. I also like that I can use it as a battery bank in case my phone starts dying The batteries themselves are surprisingly good though. They will definitely get through a full day of moderate shooting. And at the end of the day that’s the most important thing. All in all this is a good buy. I haven’t seen any other chargers with a lid that can be used as a power bank.

Lo cierto es que tenía comprada por adelantado una Sony A6700, que ya tengo en mi poder, por cierto, y decidí cubrirme las espaldas en previsión de lo que podría ocurrir…y acabó ocurriendo. La cámara viene sin cargador, y con la batería de cortesía. Por decisión de SONY; nada que ver con el vendedor!! Lo cierto es que no he podido probar el funcionamiento de este cargador hasta que me llegó la cámara, ya que, hasta ahora, yo utilizaba baterías de menos capacidad (NPFZ50, o algo así). El aparatejo es francamente cómodo y bien diseñado, aunque la apertura de la caja donde van las baterías sea demasiado fácil de abrir. Justo al contrario que el ingenioso sistema para guardar tarjetas SD que se esconde en la parte interior de la tapa superior, que no hay quien lo abra…fácilmente. O sea, buen diseño, pero no tan buen acabado… Supongo que es cuestión de cogerle el truquillo. Dicho esto, vayamos a lo REALMENTE IMPORTANTE: el cargador funciona a la perfección y me ha cargado AMBAS BATERÍAS SIMULTÁNEAMENTE, HASTA EL 100% y sin problema alguno. O he tenido mucha suerte, o no entiendo algún comentario que he leído hablando de este cargador. Al colocar cualquiera de las dos baterías en mi nueva cámara, ambas han funcionado perfectamente y su comportamiento ha sido regular y sin incidencias. Lo recomiendo al 100 por 100. No le he puesto 5 estrellas por los defectillos secundarios de acabado. Eso sí, entended que esta cámara acaba de salir y yo no llevo el tiempo suficiente con este cargador como para asegurar que su IMPECABLE FUNCIONAMIENTO vaya a perdurar durante los próximos meses. Por eso no he calificado el apartado de DURABILIDAD. De cualquier modo, yo, por el momento, MUY SATISFECHO CON LA COMPRA.

I bought this for my Sony a6700, for the batteries and charger. The batteries and charger work fine and it provides a secure place to store spare batteries and SD cards in my camera case. An unanticipated benefit: when our power went out these batteries provided power for all our cell phones and rechargeable flashlights.

Funciona perfectamente, tengo una Sony a7iii y las baterías acoplan y cargan sin problemas, además no me han dado ningún fallo de software por problemas de compatibilidad. Súper cómodo para transportar las dos baterías, además, por dentro de la tapa, lleva una solapa extra para almacenar dos tarjetas SD. Se puede poner a cargar tanto en cualquier enchufe como, si se dispone de ello, un USB en el coche. También se puede usar como Powerbank y recargar el móvil si se requiere de esta urgencia.

If you have ever run out of battery because you hate toting around extras and chargers, this is a great solution. Have on of these for every few Sony A7 cameras and you’ll be much happier and better equipped.

It’ll work with Normal usb type a chords too but it takes way longer to charge. If you have a good USBC chord this thing will do wonders. Also the batteries are pretty solid and comparable to the one I got with my fx3.

It’s a nice storage box and charger
You can charge them via USB-C and Micro USB The only output is USB- A which is a shotgun fall for nowadays.
The Battery store in the box is the source of the power when you charge your external device.
I hope this can have own bettery for recharging camera batteries while we are out.
The only way to do that is bring in another powe bank to recharge this one.
Overall it is good for charging and storage. But i really don’t think to drain camera batteries for checking iPhone is the purpose of buying this.
Just my two cents.
