I’m using canon RP and these batteries are showing battery meter in my camera. I used it for video and photo and the performance is really impressive. I don’t think there is much difference between the original and this one.

Bought these as spare batteries for my Canon T6i. I have my original Canon battery, which still works great, and I had 2 off brand batteries that I had used for years but were no longer holder their charge. I bought these as a replacement. Just used them on a trip where I took almost 700 pictures and 1 battery lasted almost the entire time. Very pleased with this purchase. Also really like that I can recharge both batteries at once.

Good value for the money you spend. I used it with Canon r50. Appears that the battery indicator doesn’t work with the r50. It says the battery is full but it dies abruptly. The original Canon battery seems to last longer as well. You get two batteries this brand, so it balances out.

After numerous conversations with the seller it turns out that the Artman batteries require the included Artman charger to charge. They are not compatible with Canon OEM charger. Because of this incompatibility, I have decided to ask for a refund which was provided to me by the seller even after the 30 day return window. I personally need all my batteries and charges to be compatible with each other rather than carry additional charger. The seller refunded me with no issues. The battery did work fine in the camera. I have given it 4 starts because of the issue stated.

These are my go-to batteries for my Canon R8. The battery that came with the camera won’t charge correctly, so I’m using the Artmans exclusively. The battery life isn’t great (the R8 is a battery hog), but it’s not radically less than the original camera battery.
Two things to note:
1) These won’t communicate with the camera in real-time (only the Canon battery does that), so you don’t get a readout as they get weaker; they go from “full” to “dead.”
2) Each of the third party (and the L17) seems to have a proprietary charger, so you can’t charge the Artmans with the Canon charger, and vice versa.
All of that said, for the price, there’s no way I’m buying the Canon battery since the R8 chews through the batteries fast enough that I tend to keep between two and four of them with me whenever I’m shooting. At 60 bucks a piece, the Canon batteries are cost-prohibitive. I’ll accept the shortcoming of these batteries and use them vs the Canon.

I recently purchased the Artman 2 pack Canon batteries and charger and couldn’t be happier with my purchase. As a college student who takes many photos for school, it is very important that my camera is always charged and ready to go. My daily camera I use is a Canon Rebel T6i and quite frankly, the battery dies very quickly. I was initially going to purchase the same battery the camera came with and found it on Amazon for $59.95, which was actually a sale price and the original price was $75. Once again, as a full time college student and part time worker, I really do not have the funds to spend an extra $75 for an extra battery, so I seeked out some cheaper options. My search led me to the Artman battery charger that comes with two batteries for a much lower price $26.99. Not only is it a cheaper option, but the product comes with not only a charger but TWO batteries for my camera as well. I was a little hesitant about buying an off brand battery for my camera but to my surprise, the battery life lasts so much longer than the original battery that came with my camera. The battery charger has two slots to charge so you can charge both batteries at the same time. This makes it super convenient when I need to use my camera for long periods of time and can pack my multiple batteries to use after one dies. The charger also comes with a USB port making it easy to charge when traveling with my camera. I definitely recommend this battery charger for photographers using a Canon camera.

This is perfectly compatible with my Canon Rebel T6i as advertised. Being able to charge 2 batteries at once makes this a very efficient product. I will have to buy another set just as backup now that I know it works.

been using these for a while now and for the price i think these are far better options than the original, they work for almost the same ammount of time as the original but you have two so considering the form factor of lp-e17s you can just carry two and not worry about it.
on my sl3 it won’t show the battery status, but considering how long it takes to run out i don’t mind it.
