Pros: Es un producto que cumple lo que dice, a un precio muy asequible. Cons: Lo que no me gustó, es que no hay una descripción detallada de como cambiar el código de suscripción, lo logré porque analicé cada opción del programa hasta que di con la opción. Overall Review: En general valió la pena comprarlo 🙂

Pros: I really appreciate the control panel for this product. It gives so much more visibility to the user. I have been using ESET but after almost 1 year I switched to BITDEFENDER to compare the differences. I had been satisfied with ESET but I did not know how little control I had with that product. I just feel more comfortable with BITDEFENDER & it also comes with VPN which ESET did not provide. Cons: I ordered the AntVirus Plus, but every time I went to dowload my my purchase I received a download for BitDefender Total Security ( 30 day trial). I did not want that. After several hours of deleting & downloading, I gave up and uninstalled BitDefender Total Security. I went ahead and purchased ESET Internet Security, which was easy to download and setup. I used ESET years ago and had been using NORTON 360 which became bloated. UPDATE: I finally downloaded & installed BITDEFENDER after owning the product for almost 1 year, just because of the initial frustration in downloading & installing. Overall Review: I would recommend this product. I don’t know if my initial experience with downloading the product was a one time experience, but I am glad I tried again & was successful. I will say, the install process takes quite a while (almost 1 hour in my experience). As stated previously, I find the product offers more user control & displays a user friendly experience.
