Pros: Once set up, the product itself is impressive. It found a number of instances of our personal information on the dark web and even alerted my stepfather that one of his passwords had been compromised. Cons: Website was incompatible with firefox. This was infuriating. The customer service rep, rather than simply stating this and apologizing for their issue, was rude and insisted on taking control of my computer. After I reproduced the problem, the “solution” from this “expert” was to go to http://www.google.com, search for “chrome”, download and install it, and then navigate to their webpage. What a tech genius! Overall Review: As best I can tell so far, the product works great – especially since I suspect that a competitor antivirus package itself was the root cause of my parents’ computer issues. I wish the corporate brick wall of telling the customer they’re an idiot and to F off and send more money was unusual or that you wouldn’t face the same with most other corporations today – graded on a curve, perhaps my experience was better than average.

Cons: Nothing this product is good Overall Review: At frist I was Very spectacle about useing this app to buy anything at all because it looked like such a suspicious website but after some people convincing me I had to buy something small and easy to use if I did get scammed but NOoo this website surprised me and my family members as the 20 device Norton worked on everything and would most definitely recommend.
