This comes with everything you need to start making sour dough, and the tools are multi functional too, they are kitchen utensils after all.
Easy to clean and simple to use.

I like the baskets a lot. Well made. No splinters (for lack of a better word). Love the linen liners. I also like the bowl scraper a lot. I needed a new one and this one plays the balance between flexibility and stiffness.
The silicone “bread sling” is dumb and I have no use for the “Danish dough whisk”. I mean maybe it’s just me. I’ve only been making bread for 50 years, so I have things yet to discover.
Lastly, I do NOT like the bench scraper. It feels bad in my hand and it gets slippery and has a useless measuring schema on it. Who uses a bench scraper to measure anything? In my opinion, it is totally useless and worse, presents an unneeded challenge for cleaning so it doesn’t harbor bacteria in the little etchings.

I’m in love with this set! I recently started making sourdough and had been using a traditional loaf pan, but really wanted to be able to create “prettier” loaves.
I ordered this and have been so impressed with everything in this set. The bowl scraper is so much better than the rubber spatula that I’d been using to get every bit of dough out of my mixing bowls. I’d used a danish whisk before and the one included does a great job of combining the wet and dry ingredients in my recipes very consistently.
The linen bag is awesome! It makes proofing my bread so easy and is so much healthier and less messy than oiling an extra bowl during the 1st rise. I LOVE the proofing baskets! They create and adorable pattern that remains after turning out the risen dough and the lame is very handy to create designs in your dough before baking (just be VERY careful when changing the razor blade!).
I really like the silicone lifting sling. Much more efficient than using parchment paper in my dutch oven.
The rest of the tools are pretty standard. The bench scraper is great for helping keep dough strands incorporated and works well when I’m cleaning my workspace. The silicon brush is basic. I don’t like using silicone to brush on egg wash, I prefer a synthetic bristle brush, but it does well to help brush loose flour out of the proofing basket grooves.
I really am very happy with this set and HIGHLY recommend this!

These were the last piece of my bread making puzzle to find and I’m so happy they were in an all-in-one kit! It definitely helped me get quality items at a more palatable price point for my start up costs, and I’m very much looking forward to the cooler months when my sourdough starter can sit comfortably in the kitchen without getting too hot. This is going to be a bread filled fall and winter at my house!

Feels like a complete set. I for sure didn’t have any of these before. I’m been wanting to make my own bread for a while now. I do have a sourdough starter kit I just didn’t have the other equipment till now. I’ve watched YouTube videos on how to do it during the pandemic, so now that I have these I can do a better job. Everything feels pretty durable enough. The wooden baskets are very light, I just hope they are not brittle. The included basket covers stretch well enough over the top. The bread bag has a plastic liner inside for when the bread is done. The circle mat has the measurements to look out for.
I didn’t observe any issues. No holes, rips or tares. The only thing is that I’d need practice making it for a while.

Really good quality. The wooden handles on the mixer and the lame are nice to the touch and comfortable to use. The dough baskets have small cuts, but this does not greatly affect the quality of this product. The bread bag is quite large and can hold a large round loaf.

This product was smaller than I imagined – maybe I just make larger loaves… but with all the accessories it will be an effective set to have. I don’t make a LOT of bread and have not had a lot of luck >Will update when I actually use it.. but wanted to get this out there now.
