I love this parchment paper, I think I’m on my third box. I use the markings on the box to cut away part of the top and one end, then stand the box up in the tall cabinet over my oven. When I need a piece of parchment, the top piece just slides out and is ready to use. Very convenient to use. I will be a regular customer.

I’m an avid home baker. Started using various brands of parchment paper many years ago purchased from the grocery store, specialty kitchen boutiques, discount chains & them stumbled onto this brand through Amazon. Honestly, because it was precut for my cookie sheets, I no longer had to deal with curling! What I didn’t realize at the time was how versatile parchment paper can be. I use it to wrap leftovers, then place in a container, rustic gift wrap, roasting/baking meats, fish, poultry, breads, cakes, dinner rolls & cookies. Foods are browned, easy to remove & resuse (only if I’m mass-producing cookies the same day!).
Perfect fit for my roasting pan & trim slightly to fit other cookware!
Consistently excellent & the sturdy box allow to open on one end & pull out one sheet at a time!!!

These parchments are all that SMARTAKE advertises them to be. Who wants to be wrestling with curled edges dispensed from a roll of parchment when one can have it already cut and at the ready? No guess work involved. The 200 pack is perfect for our needs here, too. If I need a piece that fits the 1/2 cookie sheet? All I do is pull one sheet out, fold it in half and then either cut or gently tear at the crease. Works fantastic. I have purchased (2) 200 packs for my daughter-in-law down in Fla. She is an avid baker and loves using these. When it comes to gifting anything kitchen or chef oriented, or actually even most things, I will buy and try before I send anything off.
