1. Pick a spot on your arm or leg where you wish this Body Chain to dangle from. (narrow spot)

2. Take a piece of string and wrap it around that area for a snug fit without cutting off your circulation. 😉

3. Measure the string.

I’ll need your exact circumference in inches or Cm’s if you prefer. I can easily convert cm into inches.
