I would size up in diameter as the inner ring can get a little snug. Always get a ton of compliments when I am wearing it though! Such a unique septum ring! Bought my second one!

Love this! Fits really nicely and like that you can get 9mm. From a different seller I got a similar one but 8mm and a straight bar made it impossible to get off! Really like this one though and easy to get in and out with it being curved. Only thing was I don’t think it was posted until I messaged the seller a few days after it was supposed to arrive

I love that this septum ring is an actual ring vs a straight bar that goes through the piercing. It makes it very comfortable when wearing and cleaning. The size is perfect as well! 8mm 16 gauge
