My Pitbull girl is the sweetest dog I’ve ever known, but her jaws are scary strong so she’s destroyed every “tough” toy I’ve ever given her, even the synthetic ones I’ve had to buy in a pinch. Then I found these. She’s ~57lbs and appears to be an American Staffordshire Pitbull breed (can’t know for certain because she’s a shelter dog) and it takes her about 3-4 weeks to get through the XL size of the 2-knot toy. For $9, this toy beats everything else I’ve tried, so this company will be getting my money for the rest of her life without any regrets on my part.

I got the medium for my 5lb Yorkie. I’ve tried the most expensive “tough” ropes and toys and they last a few days. She was gnawing on this rope for hours until the knots were fraying after giving it to her. This will last a while with the thickness of the knots.

I was looking to replace my dog’s previous rope and this one was very similar. My 17lb terrier has very sharp teeth and is not gentle. After a couple of weeks of daily use the rope still looks great. I can’t say what a 100lb dog would do to it, but I’m very pleased with the purchase.

My dog destroys almost every toy within minutes even though she is only 28 pounds. This is one of the few toys that she enjoys chewing on but is still in good shape after several months. The knots and way the strings are woven gives it it’s sturdiness. I also like the length–I tried out a similar rope that was 1/2 the length and she accidently nipped me a few times playing tug of war. She has gotten a few strings out when chewing but I just cut them off and it’s still good to chew and play with. I love that it is cotton and no dye.

Got this for our two dogs to play with together. Immediately after opening the Amazon package and presenting it to them they started going at it. I like the fact that this is 100% white cotton with no synthetic materials or dyes.

The large size with 3 knots is the perfect toy for my 8 mo old German Shepherd. He tosses it and runs around the house with it. Several times a day he brings it to me to have a tug game. Cotton fibers are uniform, beautiful and sturdy, love the soft fibers of the unwound ends.
