I started pulling for over a month and my gums were turning back to its pink color and healthiness. I am still going to get cleaning, just not the gym changing root scaling (deep cleaning). Gums don’t bleed as often. Highly recommend.

I need a preface this by I have two broken teeth in the very back of my mouth one on each side I do not have insurance and I could not afford to go to an oral surgeon. once I remove fluoride out of my toothpaste and paired it with doing oil pulling it has made a world of difference in my teeth a literal 180!!! going from having excruciating tooth pain and being told that I’d have to have dental surgery to no tooth pain and my teeth feeling so much stronger and smoother!!! I’m going to be honest though the flavor is not the most appealing but if you can just muster it up for a couple minutes and swish it around for 2 minutes it is very much beneficial to your oral hygiene

I love this pulling oil and my advanced pulling oil I also purchased from guru nanda. I love the taste and have worked up from 1 minute to 10 minutes now! It has encouraged a great routine for my oral health and my gums stopped bleeding when flossing within the first week. It’s something I look forward to doing and my teeth look better than they have in a really long time. I’ve been using this for at least a year now after brushing before bed and I love it. I currently have braces and not able to really whiten my teeth and often worry about cavities even with daily flossing paired with water pick and brushing 3-4 times a day. This stuff right here definitely helps with whitening and gum health and great for managing halitosis! You do have to be consistent with it though to notice the whitening effects. I recommend following instructions. So glad I started using this!!

Ok so I hate when my breath stinks so I thought I’d give this a try cause I heard it’s actually better than mouthwash. It’s a pulling OIL so it is oily and it gets very messy in your bathroom or whenever you keep it. It tastes HORRIBLE the first time and it made me want to gag but after a couple of uses i got used to it. Learning to swish it for a good couple of mins was hard since my mouth got sore but it’s def worth it cause it leaves ur breath and mouth clean. May smell weird from the bottle but once you actually swish it around in your mouth it gets minty

I love it. A friend turned me onto this stuff. i still get staining even though i get my teeth cleaned every 4 months. i have one lower tooth in the front that refuses to polish up and lighten up from coffee/tea stains.
the first time i did this I swished the oil for 4 minutes and spit it out in a white bowl. i was surprised that it was a light brown color. whoa. So then I smiled and was really shocked to see how much whiter My teeth looked after 1 use.! so really, it’s all about daily maintenance. i like the tingly mint feeling in my mouth. the swishing of the oil doesn’t bother me. Not with results like this! no more stupid tooth whitening products for me. they never gave as quick and effective results as I got from this. But my teeth are not badly stained either. So if you need gum health and Whitening, keep using this product. you know how Dentists always gripe about receding gums? Like I can stop it?! well I am curious when i go for my next cleaning- if the Dentist tells me my gums look better and my teeth sure look white! I bet he does.

I wanted to use the entire bottle before posting a review. It took a little under 3 weeks to get through it, using it once per day.
I have issues with my gums and loose teeth because of it. I spent a fortune going to the dentist for deep cleans, dealt with pain, and saw no results. I felt like the dentist took advantage and I wasn’t seeing any results. I did some research and saw several peer reviewed articles which favored oil pulling and I bought this to try. It works.
It takes a little bit of time, but it truly works. Stick with it! I’ve seen a huge improvement in my oral health. My teeth are no longer feeling loose, and my gums are getting healthier. I don’t mind the taste at all. I swish for about 20 minutes daily, rinse my mouth out with water and then use a nano-hydroxyapatite toothpaste.
I knew what problems I had, I had seen a dentist, I did my research, and this product has been a gum/teeth saver for me! I bought two more bottles and will continue to do this daily for another couple of months, then go down to 3X weekly.
My only complaint is that you can’t buy a larger bottle, and that every bottle seems to come with a tongue scraper and plastic dosage cup. I wish larger bottles, without the tongue scraper and dosage cup where available to cut down on waste.

I had a short phase of oil pulling a while ago and just decided to start it up again and be better about my oral health in general. I’ve only used this oil twice so far but I really like the subtle mint it has and I’m looking forward to seeing the changes as I continue to use it. The tongue scraper is a more immediate result showing tool and I really love it! Can’t believe I’ve only been relying on my toothbrush to clean my tongue this whole time. I can literally see a huge diff after using this scraper. It makes it fun and my mouth feels super clean and fresh after I’m done with oil pulling, tongue scraping, waterpik (that’s gonna be a review on another product) and brushing. Im pulling all stops because I’ve noticed I had some gum issue and a funky breath developing and now it’s all gone within two days of a more extensive oral care routine. Definitely going to keep at it.
