Amy Day –
The phone arrived nicely packed, with a USB cable, wall adapter, and SIM card tool. The phone itself was in perfect condition with no obvious signs that it was a used phone. It did take a surprisingly long time to reach me- about 12 days from when I ordered it.
I had trouble when it came to connecting with my carrier (a prepaid T-Mobile MVNO), however. The SIM would activate, but would show as “Not connected” and “Phone not allowed” in the settings. I spent a week going back and forth with my carrier’s customer service and they basically just threw up their hands and insisted the device must be carrier locked, despite it showing as unlocked in the settings, despite it coming up as unlocked/not-blacklisted in online IMEI checkers, despite it being able to connect to both Verizon and AT&T MVNO trial eSIMs. My suspicion is that the IMEI is on some internal blacklist for either my MVNO or T-Mobile in general, but I couldn’t get any customer service rep to actually escalate this to someone who could check.
I would have kept this phone and switched to another carrier, but my prepaid plan had just been renewed a little over a month ago and I had ~11 months of service that I wouldn’t be able to get refunded if I switched. I had been without cell service for the week I was working with them and being without cell service for an additional 12 days while waiting for a replacement from Amazon Renewed wasn’t really a viable option for me. So, I ended up ordering a brand new phone from Apple directly. It cost more than a renewed phone, but not as much as I’d lose by switching carriers.
Bottom line- there was probably an issue with the renewed phone’s IMEI from whatever it’s previous life was. It wouldn’t have been an issue with any other network, and by all rights my carrier SHOULD have been able to identify and fix the issue. Thankfully, the return policy allowed me to return this phone.

I received this within 24 hours. I held my breath upon opening the package, but once opened I discovered no, nil, zero blemishes on the phone front and back. The green color was what I was hoping for, a forest green color. The phone had a 98% battery in it and was 50% charged when I turned it on. It was a reasonably easy transfer of all my data from my XS to this 13 mini…. just know to transfer the SIM card from the old to the new before trying the data transfer. I am very happy with this purchase. This deal saved me over $275 to purchase a new 13mini from my service provider.

I could hear clearly and although it is refurbished. Everything is working as it should. I had another carrier that I purchased my previous phone from and after I got it home and tried to talk it was cutting out on my side where static was heard on other person side.
Be careful when buying used from a competitor that does not sell new and used iPhones. I guess it was a trade in and no-one checked it out for problems. So glad this phone is great!
Bought about 3 months ago!

Thought a smaller phone would be nice from the 12 pro to this 13 mini, nothing hardware or software wise is wrong with the phone. Just a lot smaller than expected about the 5 se size. But if you are used to typing on a larger phone this isn’t it

Initial thoughts of Amazon renewed premium could be better on quality when compared with just Amazon renewed on iPhone 13 mini 256gb. In terms of price wise, renewed premium item is more expensive than just renewed. But ending up with I bought the renewed premium. When it arrived, the phone does not look great and it has damaged on the frame. So I had to return it immediately because I don’t feel it is worth what I paid for renewed premium product.

So happy I went with this purchase! Not a single flaw on the phone, very easy setup with zero issues transferring my phone, and 100% battery retention 🙌🏻 quick shipping as well. Today is the first day I’ve had the phone but upon arrival I 10/10 would recommend!

Highly recommend this seller!!!
The phone arrived quickly and packaging was secure and kept the phone from moving around during shipping. The phone is practically brand new! The phone arrived with no scratches or blemishes. The battery health is at 100% and works just like a brand new phone! The box it arrived in is comparable to a manufacturer iPhone box. The phone also came with a charging cord and a sim tool for easy sim install. I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience! If you’re shopping for a renewed phone at a great price this is the seller to shop with!

I was about to buy a green 128gb unlocked 13 mini directly from Apple for $600 plus tax. Then I saw this premium renewed option and the 512gb was only $30 more. What got me was that the savings for more storage was exponential. Comparing new from Apple to Amazon premium renewed, you only save $70 on 128gb but you save $270 on 512gb, and again you essentially get the upgrade to 512gb for $30 more if you’re about to buy 128gb new. Reviews were saying they got perfectly new phones with 100% battery capacity and that’s exactly what happened to me! 100% battery capacity and not a single blemish or speck of dust in ports or anywhere. Crazy. What an excellent purchase. Setup was easy and activation with Mint Mobile took seconds with an eSIM. I will mention it comes in an Amazon box with an aftermarket charger so you don’t get the official Apple box or USB-C charger. I don’t mind at all. Also, delivery was tough because Amazon needs you to be present for delivery so you can tell the driver a passcode. Two days in a row Amazon attempted delivery outside the 4 hour window they had given me. I can’t be home all the time waiting for them so it took a few days to deliver successfully and I had to sit in my chair, unshowered, waiting for hours.
